Madoka Hanasaki 24-Hour Sex Ward: Lewd Nurse—Raw Sex & Creampie

Nana Kamiyama and Madoka Hanasaki play lewd nurses who use hospital rounds to start raw sex and creampies with patients. They pull back the bedding, strip pajamas, open their white coats, and take over the hospital beds, and when one of them walks in on the other the encounter becomes a threesome.

Kamiyama and Hanasaki on nurse duty

I stayed for the two-nurse framing more than anything else. Kamiyama comes across as the plump, hungry senior in the white coat. Hanasaki gets the hourglass body and the look of someone who can wreck a patient’s focus just by leaning over the bed. Neither one plays this like a shy caregiver. They lick, stroke, and climb on, and the video keeps putting both of them on the same mattress so the hospital-room idea never thins out into a regular pair scene.

The part I would rewatch is when they are both on him at once. Bareback cowgirl, mouths, hands, coats hanging open — it reads as two nurses treating a long, boring admission like it exists for them. That is the fantasy I wanted out of a 24-hour sex ward, and this one actually puts it on screen instead of hinting at it.

Shaved pussy next to a thick bush

What I could not stop looking at was the contrast between their pussies. One is shaved and clean. The other is a thick, used-looking bush. Once I noticed that, I kept wanting the camera to linger wide enough to keep both in the same shot. I wanted the footage to stay close and let me look from one to the other, the lick-and-compare instinct you get when two cunts that different are right there after they have already been riding and getting eaten.

Creampies sit inside that same picture, raw sex with the uniforms half undone, another three-way when the second nurse will not be left out. Facesitting and 69 show up, but I was not keeping score. I was waiting for the next time they were close enough that I could go from the smooth one to the hairy one without a cut.

That side-by-side look is what stuck with me.
